I posted on this 39 unit condo development a few months ago and I thought it was time to give an update. Still no exact date for when the project will be done, but judging by the look of things it should be done soon. Street level retail is still in the works for the section of the building that fronts Jefferson, but there is still no word on any tenants. Read more

I’m always happy to see large scale projects go up in the City of St. Louis. Years back, when I first heard about the $5.5 million Lehman Place project in Dogtown (specifically, the Clayton-Tamm Neighborhood), I rejoiced like everyone else. Unfortunately, not all developments are created equal. Now all there is to show for the investment is a huge monstrosity of building, displaying no use of common sense in its design. And did I mention that it has been in foreclosure limbo for almost a year? Read more

This project has been under development for a while now, but it’s good to see that the condos on the southeast corner of Sidney & Nebraska are coming along. Located in a former Phillips 66 auto repair shop at 2600 Nebraska in the Tower Grove East neighborhood of South St. Louis, these condos will be a welcome addition to the landscape. I don’t know much about the project at this point other than that the condos are said to be “loft” style. Read more
