The side of Park West Grille (2917 Jefferson Ave) just got a face lift. Check out this great looking mural that now advertises the site as you drive along the burgeoning South Jefferson Commerical District. It adds a nice touch to the strip, don’t you think.


Matt Kastner is the owner/broker of Threshold Investment Properties in St. Louis, Missouri. When he isn't representing investors in the purchase or sale of multifamily properties, rehabs, foreclosures and other income producing properties, he is often taking on rehab projects himself.     Thanks for the mention of my mural on the wall of the Park West Grille. As a resident of Benton Park West it was my pleasure to brighten the city scape along Jefferson. Go inside for a glimps at my more serious art work. I just hung two new paintings in there this week.

    No problem. I have seen some of your other stuff in there before and I’m sure you’re new stuff is just as interesting. The last time I was there I had a conversation about your paintings for almost half an hour. You cram a lot into each one.
