TGE infill project complete

<?php the_title(); } ?>

Love it or hate it, the three infill homes at 2650-58 Michigan in Tower Grove East are now complete. They could do well with a bit less siding, but overall, the project looks to be a nice addition to the area.

The homes, developed by Chesterfield-based, The Meyer Company, are are now listed for $157,000 each by Tina White of JF Realty. The homes are all 3 bed, 1.5 bath over 1,235 sq ft. The MLS shows that the building at 2658 is currently pending. Best of luck on the sale. The more owner-occupants in these area, the better off we all are.Tower Grove East is looking better and better every day.

    They’re too far apart. Suburban developers need to realize that city houses (generally) don’t have or need side yards.

    • I totally agree. They could have fit a fourth home in there if they made them closer together too. The City doesn’t look at it that way though. They seem satisfied by the fact that someone wants to build something at all. Beyond that, I don’t think it really matters to them. Until that changes, this will continue. Look at what they are building in Dogtown.
