With my more or less, hiatus from blogging these past weeks, I haven’t been posting about one of the most pressing issues facing rehabbers, the St. Louis are and the state of Missouri as a whole: historic tax credits. Some in the State House and Senate are pushing to get rid of the program, others are arguing that the available funds should be capped; either would change the landscape of historic rehabbing as we know it. Since I’m so late to the game on this one, I’m not even going to try to catch up. This website is a good source for keeping up on the latest on news.
