I actually think the building that was wrecked down had caught fire. I like that section too though. It's great to see rehab activity in this area - hopefully it will spread to Vandeventer as well. There's a little strip of buildings on Vandeventer at Tower Grove that I really like, although one of the buildings - the center one - has been torn down. They did a really nice job.
