Manchester eyesore transformed

<?php the_title(); } ?>

For years, a major eyesore along the rejuvenating strip of Manchester in Forest Park Southeast (The Grove), this prominent mixed-use property has received a major face-lift.It seems that the property’s owner, Rothschild Development, was having a bit of trouble leasing the space at $15/sf over the past couple of years, so they spruced it up. No word on the new lease rate, but there is no doubt that the new look for this property at 4301 Manchester does wonders for the intersection of Manchester and Tower Grove.

Formerly home to one of the revived Grove’s first establishments, El Mundo Latino, the property is currently for lease by Red Brick Management (314-361-7067).

*NOTE – The property just behind this one at 1069 Tower Grove just sold (by yours truely) last week as well. It will be getting a few upgrades too, so hopefully this is a sign of things to come.
