The Magnolia Place condo development, under construction for more than a year at 4101 Magnolia in the Shaw neighborhood, is finally coming online. Units in the first phase, on the west end of the property, are now coming available and look to be quite nice. The development website is now up and running with pics and unit details. Prices are starting at $89,900.
