Details are still sketchy at this point, but construction on the Magnolia Place Condominium development at 4101 Magnolia, near the intersection at Thurman, is finally underway. As you can see from the pictures, the surrounding trees have been removed and demolition has begun. No word on a completion date, but this 24-unit project will turn one of the biggest eyesores on either side of Tower Grove Park into a centerpiece for the area. This Shaw neighborhood project is one to watch. For more on the project, check out my previous article.
