Huge infill project coming to FPSE?

<?php the_title(); } ?>

Don’t know how I missed this one, but it seems that Amy and Amrit Gill, of Restoration St. Louis fame, have a whooper of a project on the horizon. Over 37 residential and 11 commercial units over 67,000 square feet along Manchester to be exact. Dubbed the Green Grove, project would be a mix of infill and renovated space and would mark the single largest project in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood in a very long time.

Check out Saint Louis Urban Workshop for a more detailed breakdown.

  1. Brian S. says:

    Has anyone seen a rendering yet? Sounds cool.

  2. I don’t think that has been released to the public at large yet. I’m meeting with someone this weekend who might have access to that kind of info. I’ll see if I can drum something up.
