Looks like Benton Park is seeing yet another addition to it’s business line-up. Bittersweet Bakery will soon be opening in the Polar Wave Ice & Fuel Company building at 2200 Gravois. This is the same building that houses Shock City Studios.
Official information has been hard to come by, but word has it that in addition to baked goods, the store will also sell ice cream when it opens around October 1st. Yet another victory for the continually improving business community along Gravois and Jefferson in the Benton Park/McKinley Heights area.
On going on to Walgreens Employment Site -it states that property is scheduled to Open 11/09/2009. Makes sense; in time for Christmas rush shopping those sneeky devils. I am very glad they are coming. Employment go to webite and apply for that specific locale.
