Upgrades in progress

You may have noticed a few changes are in progress on the blog. I am in the middle of doing some upgrades so if you have any troubles between now and the end of the Labor Day weekend, I apologize. I think it will be worth the wait. I will be posting a few stories before the weekend though so stay posted.


Matt Kastner is the owner/broker of Threshold Investment Properties in St. Louis, Missouri. When he isn't representing investors in the purchase or sale of multifamily properties, rehabs, foreclosures and other income producing properties, he is often taking on rehab projects himself.
