Connecticut before/after

<?php the_title(); } ?>

We closed on the rehab at 4218 Connecticut a couple weeks ago and all the bills are finally paid so the profits can be dispersed. It took way to long to finish everything, but in the end, there was a respectable amount of profit to show for it. Not only did we make money, but the differences in the building before and after construction are amazing.

I went back through all the photos I took and I can’t say how happy I am with how things turned out. To illustrate these changes I have grabbed similar before and after pictures and put them in a side by side display to show the differences. I put a few comments along with each photo to describe the situation. It really is great looking back at it. This project also remains a valuable lesson. No matter how bad the real estate market is said to be by the media, the success of this project is proof that things aren’t that bad after all.
