Rental Application

Ready to pull the trigger on one of our apartments? You’ve come to the right place. Submitting an application is simple if you follow these three easy steps:

Determine your method of payment

Each applicant must submit a nonrefundable fee of $40 in order for their application to be processed. Payment can be in the form of cash, check or money order made out to “Threshold Investment Properties”, or through Paypal. 

Delivery Option

All forms of payment may be brought to our office. If you bring cash, please put it in an envelope.

Mail Option

Send a check or money order can be mailed to our office. Please do not mail cash:

NOTE: When using Paypal an additional charge of $1.46 will be added on top of the normal fee.


Return the application and payment to us

Once you have your application package ready, you can submit it to us in one of three ways:

Application packages can be delivered to our office anytime. If nobody is at the office, please use the drop-box in front of the building
